- SOLID BRASS: Entrance handle, cylinder collar, knob,rose and turn piece are manufactured of solid brass formaximum strength and durability.
- INSTALLATION: Estate lock sets are designed for easyinstallation in standard (2-1/8″) pre-bored wood or metal doors.The adaptor aligns the latch with the trim. Graphicinstructions make installation fast!
- DOOR THICKNESS: Lock sets accommodate a doorthickness of 1-3/4˝ (44mm). Conversion kits are availablefor 2˝ (51mm) and 2-1/4˝ (57mm) thick doors at anadditional charge.
- CASE: Deadbolt and latch case are formed of steelfor strength. Most interior working parts are made ofsolid brass or steel for maximum strength and smoothoperation.
- BACKSET: Adjustable backset 2-3/8˝ (60mm) or 2-3/4˝(70mm) latch and deadbolt supplied standard.
- Distance between center of latch and deadbolt (CTC): Lockset accommodates any center-to-center dimension greater than 4-3/8″
- Cylinder supplied with 5-pin C Keyway. Cylinder is protected with a free-turning cylinder guard to resist gripping or twisting
- FACE PLATE: Deadbolt and latch supplied with a 1˝(25mm) face plate.
- STRIKE: Deadbolt is furnished with a specially designedreinforcing strike constructed of high-grade steel forultimate strength and durability. The strike is installedwith two (2) 3˝ (76mm) security jamb screws and a dustbox. The security strike is covered with an armoredfront to conceal the fasteners. The 3˝ screws securingthe inside face of the double cylinder deadbolt resisttampering and guard against theft. Latches are suppliedstandard with a full lip strike (other strikes are availableat an additional charge.)
- BOLT: Deadbolt and latch bolt are constructed of solidbrass. Deadbolt has 1˝ (25mm) throw when extendedand a hardened steel insert for maximum protectionand security. Latch bolt has a .5˝ (13mm) throw whenextended to fully engage the door jamb.
