An anthropomorphic sun fills the frame — rays radiating in precise, even strokes, its face carrying the knowing expression of a figure that has presided over maps, almanacs, and celestial charts for centuries. Drawn from the long tradition of cartographic solar iconography, Old Sol is at once archaic and immediately legible. Printed in warm amber letterpress ink on fine heavyweight paper, it is a card that suits any occasion and any season — a small, considered thing that arrives with all the warmth its image promises.
Measuring a demure 3.5 by 5 inches, these cards are ideal for sending quick notes, thank you messages, or simply to brighten someone’s day.Pack of six cards includes matching envelopes.
