Product Description
OPTIX AMERICA OFI-28Optical fiber identifierOPTIX AMERICA OFI-28Optical fiber identifierThe Optix America optical fiber identifier is suitable for detecting live fiber for 250um, 900um, 2mm, and 3mm fiber. The universal adaptor accommodates all cable diameters with no need to replace the block clamp. It also has a built-in 10mW VFL function.Features- Detects attenuation associated with macrobending measurement, theattenuation associated with the bending of optical fiber that causes lightto “leak out” of the fiber. The light leakage is detected by the fiber identifier in direction andintensity. The fiber cable is not damaged and signal communication isnot interrupted.- Detects Tone Identification by detecting optical signals in the tone signalat a fixed frequency of 270Hz, 1KHz and 2KHz.- Built-in VFL Function with output power of 10 mW.- Low Battery Monitoring Function signals when to change the batteries- Includes soft case and two AA batteriesOFI-28Optical Fiber Identifier for 250um, 900um, 2mm, and 3mm fiber cable. Also includes built-in 10mW VFL. User’s manual, calibration certificate, soft case, and batteries included in packagingDimension: 230mm x 43mm x 36mmWeight: 200g
